Installation time varies, but most projects are completed within a day.

Use a mild soap solution and a soft cloth to clean the glass and frames. Avoid harsh chemicals. Give us a call (even if you didn’t purchase through us) and we’re happy to walk you through the process. We will treat you like a neighbor!

We offer lifetime warranty (and sometimes transferable). Our warranties cover frame, glass, paint, lock and other key components. Depending on the product, we also offer labor warranty. In addition to the manufacturer warranty (which matters significantly), we also offer craftsmanship warranty and are always available to support – we live in Houston and you have our address!
